Tape a piece of colored glass, plastic, cellophane, or tissue paper on a windowpane. When the sun in shining through the window, sit in front of it at an angle so that the colored light shines directly on your afflicted body area. Do this twice a day, once in the morning, once in the evening, for thirty minutes.
Charge drinking water with color and sunlight (this method is known as "hydrochromopathy"). Tape a piece of colored paper around a glass bottle. Set the bottle in direct sunlight for six to eight hours. Drink a glass of the water three times a day.
Put a colored light bulb into a lamp. Bask in the light while meditating on the ailment.
With each breath in, visualize the color entering your body through your nose and spreading out to the afflicted body area. With each breath out, visualize the pain lessening and leaving your body as black smoke.
Visualize the color as a brilliant light surrounding and bathing your body.
Use candles of the corresponding color in a healing spell.
